In our many years of operation, we have catered to many magnificent receptions, prestigious gala dinners, award ceremonies, bustling conferences and corporate receptions. Imaginative themed evenings and colourful outdoor events have also graced our resort, not to mention some of the most distinguished society weddings and events this side of the world. From an intimate dinner for 2 to the most complex and logistically demanding function, we have done them all.

All our banqueting services are put together by a Catering Department staffed by a team of trained professionals with wide-ranging experience in the hotel and catering industry. As a rule, the catering staff will ensure that your event is not just about our beautiful beach settings, fine facilities or the high standard of our cuisine but also about flexibility, responsiveness and creativity. Our team of professionals will therefore happily guide you through every aspect of your event form the initial enquiry through to the choosing of menus, wines, room decoration and accompanying entertainment.

We have a choice of venues for Banqueting purposes, not to forget a wide selection of venues under the star studded sky in any area of our wonderful gardens or even on the beach!
